Old vinegar peanuts

Old vinegar peanuts

Overview

Vinegar peanuts are one of my must-order dishes every time I go out to eat. Later I discovered that many friends like this side dish to accompany wine. Crispy peanuts paired with sweet and sour sauce not only relieve greasiness, but also reduce the risk of getting burned compared to crispy fried peanuts. Add onions, coriander, peppers, etc. to season according to your own taste. There will always be one you will fall in love with!
