Black pepper, apple and beef cubes
Overview
After the Midsummer New Taste event organized by Food World yesterday, we were given ingredients for beef and mussels. So today I couldn’t wait to make the first dish, which was beef cubes with black pepper and apples. I learned a lot about beef and mutton during yesterday’s activity. As I gain more knowledge, the food I make will be even more delicious. My husband and daughter didn't like to eat beef before because they thought it was too old and tasteless. But today after this pot of vegetables came out of the kitchen, when I finished frying another vegetable, it was already empty and I had drunk a lot of red wine... The two of them kindly left me a piece of beef. I should feel very touched. Also, after eating, they said that the beef was really delicious and tender. It seems that they must buy good beef in the future. What kind of beef were they eating before? Hey, we are living in dire straits. When will food control be the same as in New Zealand (I'm just thinking about it and rambling). Without further ado, let’s take a look at the food.

Steps
-
The first one is the grass-fed beef we delivered after the event yesterday. Since my home is very close to the event, it was still cold when I took it home. Considering that I was going to eat it today, I put it directly in the zero-degree freshness.
-
After defrosting the beef itself for a day and a night, the beef has been de-acidified for a second time. The taste and texture are amazing! To be honest, I dare to eat it even if it is three or four years old.

There is no need to rinse the beef after taking it out, just cut it into small pieces
