Garlic Salt and Pepper Shrimp

I have children at home who like to eat shrimp. I have made it with Pipi shrimp before and it was very delicious. This time I made it with green shrimp and it tastes very good.

Clean the shrimp and use a toothpick to remove the shrimp line from the third section of the tail.

Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine, salt, ginger, and green onions to add flavor.

Chop the ginger, garlic, and onion into cubes and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add shrimps and fry until golden brown.

When the shrimp skin is crispy, set aside the pan, turn down the heat and add the peppercorns, ginger and garlic granules, thirteen spices, pepper noodles, sugar and salt and stir-fry until fragrant.

After stir-frying evenly, add a spoonful of cooking wine along the edge of the pot, add chopped green onions and stir-fry again.
