Place the cooked egg yolk on the sieve and press it with a small plastic spoon to make the yolk pass through the sieve and become a fine egg yolk powder.

Soften the butter, add sugar and salt, and beat with a whisk until the color becomes slightly lighter and puffy.

Add egg yolk powder and stir evenly.

Sift together the flour and cornstarch, pour into the whipped butter, and knead with your hands.

Knead the mixed dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

Take a small piece of the refrigerated dough and roll it into a small ball. Place the small ball on the baking sheet and flatten it with your thumb. Natural cracks will appear on the biscuit.

Place in the upper middle rack of the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes until the edges are slightly browned.
