Egg white coconut balls
Overview
I didn’t add any oil to the egg white coconut balls. I think it’s healthier this way. It’s very simple to make and most importantly, it’s delicious! I think it would be really good as an office snack!

Steps
-
The materials are all here, it’s easy~
-
Add white sugar to egg whites and beat with a manual egg beater until the sugar melts. At this time, thick bubbles will appear in the egg white liquid ~
-
Add two tablespoons of milk powder to the beaten egg whites, and continue to beat evenly (you don’t need to add it if you don’t have it, this is an extra step I added) ~
-
Add grated coconut and stir. Add a little more grated coconut~
-
Then add cornstarch (if you don’t have cornstarch, you can directly use low-gluten flour instead, the taste will be the same)~
-
Cut the mixed coconut dough~
-
Dip a little flour on your hands, then use a spatula to scoop out a small ball on your hands and knead it into a small ball~ Dip your hands in flour to prevent them from sticking~
-
When done, put it into the baking pan~
-
Flexibly control the heat and time according to the performance of your own baking pan. Bake until the skin is a little yellow and it is basically ready to be baked ~

It tastes good. I didn’t add much sugar. It has a sweet taste and is very suitable for tea~
