【Longan Sago Dew】

Overview

It’s another year when the longan harvest comes. Longan, also known as longan. The lychee season is over and the longan season is here. A few days ago, I was watching a clip on TV and there was a dish called longan and sago. It happened to be the season for eating longan, and suddenly I was craving for it. I cooked it that night and finally satiated my craving. Ha.

  1. After the water boils, add the sago.

  2. Boil for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until there are no white spots on the sago.

  3. Remove the sago into cold water.

  4. Prepare pure milk and coconut milk.

  5. Add pure milk and coconut milk to an appropriate amount of rock sugar (add according to taste), bring to a boil, turn off the heat and let cool.

  6. After everything cools down, scoop the milk syrup and sago together.

  7. Add longan and serve.
