Slice the rice cake, fry in oil until both sides are golden brown, remove and set aside.

Cut potatoes into strips, rinse with water to remove starch, fry in oil until golden and crispy on the surface, remove and set aside.

Add lightly fried prawns.

Continue to add rice cakes, stir-fry a few times, add 1/3 of the stir-fried lobster seasoning, and stir-fry.

Continue to add potato strips and cucumber strips one by one and stir-fry.

Add a small amount of boiling water, finally add lettuce, then add 1/3 of the fried lobster seasoning, stir-fry a few times and it's ready to serve!
