Mix flour with yeast and sugar, then mix with yogurt.

Knead into a smooth dough, cover with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place to ferment.

The fermented dough is twice as big as before.

Take a piece of dough and roll it out, put a layer of sesame bean paste on it.

Roll it up and place it in a steamer for secondary fermentation. Then put it in a pot with cold water. Put it on steam for 15-20 minutes over medium heat (depending on the size of the buns). Turn off the heat and steam for another 5 minutes and open the lid.

Cut the steamed bean paste rolls into slices.
