Christmas cupcakes

Overview

Christmas is coming soon, and the child at home is very excited and seems to like everything about Christmas trees. Today, I specially rushed her to make this cake before returning home from school as a surprise for her.

Steps

1. 1 Prepare the ingredients and bake the sponge cupcakes in advance

   

2. 2 Melt the chocolate in a bowl with hot water

   

3. 3 Take a small cake and cut it flat with a knife

   

4. 4 Cut the bottom of the strawberry flat with a knife

   

5. 5 Drop a little melted chocolate into the middle of the cake, then put the strawberries on top

   

6. 6 Once everything is done, set aside to let the chocolate set

   

7. 7 Add the light cream to the sugar and beat

   

8. 8 Take a few strawberries, cut them and squeeze on the cream

   

9. 9 Decorate as Santa Claus

   

10. 10 Add coloring to the remaining cream

    

11. 11 Mix well to form green cream

    

12. 12 Mix well and put into a piping bag

    

13. 13 Pipe a layer of cream on the fixed strawberry cake

    

14. 14 Just decorate with some sugar beads
