Black tea pudding
Overview
The pudding made with black tea has a light tea aroma. It is cool and delicious to relieve the heat. I personally like this tea aroma very much.

Put 500ml water, black tea leaves and rock sugar into the pot and boil for 1 minute

Turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a few minutes

Strain out the tea leaves

Dilute the stone pollen powder with 50ml of water and mix well

Pour the filtered tea soup back into the original pot and bring to a boil. Pour the diluted stone pollen powder water into the black tea and stir while pouring

Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat

Pour it into a container and let it cool to form a pudding. Store it in the refrigerator for a better taste
