Potatoes (washed and cut into shreds), cooked pork belly (cut into shreds), dried chili peppers (cut into pieces)

Place the cut potatoes into a pot of water and blanch until tender, then remove.

Heat oil in a pan and add dried chili peppers to the pan.

Then, add the blanched potatoes and stir-fry.

Then, add in the sliced cooked pork belly and stir-fry.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Add appropriate amount of chicken essence.

Season, stir-fry and serve.

Remove from pan and plate.
