Overview
Speaking of vegetable pancakes, I believe only people in the 60s and 70s have eaten them. As a post-80s generation, I really love eating these vegetable pancakes. I was inspired by my mother, haha. My mother would use them to make all kinds of vegetable pancakes every spring when wild vegetables were available. (When I was young, my mother would cook vegetables in a big pot and stick vegetable pancakes on the side of the pot.) After the pancakes are out of the pot, eating the pancakes with the big pot of vegetables is called a fragrant haha... I have always loved eating since I was a child. Today I dug wild vegetables and made pancakes without a big pot. I also made the same taste as when I was a child. I ate until I couldn’t stop, haha...

Prepare all the ingredients and chop the wild vegetables
