Blanch the cornmeal in boiling water.

Then add cold water until submerged.

Cut the carrots into short strips and chop the celery leaves.

Add to cornmeal batter and mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan without adding oil. Add an appropriate amount of the batter you just prepared and turn it over after it is formed.
