Double layer birthday cake
Overview
Daughter's sixth birthday cake. She had been looking forward to this birthday for months. Children are always looking forward to birthdays. He told me to make a big one and take it to the kindergarten to eat with the children. My oven can only cook up to ten inches, so I made this double-layered one, which is probably enough!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare one ten-inch and one eight-inch cake embryo. Cut the fruit into dices separately.
-
Cut the cake base into three equal slices.
-
Beat 750 grams of whipping cream and 90 grams of sugar.
-
Whipped cream. It doesn't need to be very high, the cream is too hard and difficult to spread evenly.
-
First frame the ten-inch cake. Stack a layer of cake embryo, a layer of cream and a layer of diced fruit in sequence.
-
The three-layer cake embryos are stacked, but don’t spread the dough yet.
-
Continue to mount the eight-inch cake base, following the same steps as the ten-inch cake.
-
Stack two layers of eight-inch cake embryos.
-
Add appropriate amount of light cream to the remaining cream and add a little pink coloring to whip.
-
Ten-inch cake spread.
-
Place the remaining piece of eight-inch cake base in the middle of the ten-inch cake.
-
Spread cream and top with diced fruit.
-
Gently place the two layers of eight-inch cake embryos on the diced fruits. Then spread the eight-inch cake.
-
Leave a little bit of the remaining cream in the total amount for final decoration, add the rest to the whipped cream, and add pink coloring to continue whipping. Use a 1m piping tip to decorate a circle of roses.
-
Finally, use a toothpick to draw the pattern, then use chocolate paste to draw the pattern, use the remaining butter to draw grass, and then decorate it slightly.
