Pour the brown sugar powder into the pot of water and stir evenly while boiling. Be sure to use low heat. When it's boiling, pour it into the tapioca flour while it's still hot, and stir while adding sugar water.

Knead into smooth dough.

Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board to prevent sticking, roll it flat with a rolling pin, and cut into small grids.

Roll into brown sugar pearls and sprinkle a little powder to prevent sticking.

After the water boils, add the pearls, boil for 10 minutes, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Submerge the cooked pearls in cold water and set aside.

Pour 100 grams of water into the black tea bag and cook for two to three minutes, then pour in whole milk and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes (you can add some sugar according to your preference).

Pour the brewed milk tea into the pearls, and the pearl milk tea is finished!
