For me, breakfast is the most important meal of the three meals a day. I wake up 15 minutes early in the morning so that my family can have a delicious breakfast without feeling too satisfied.

Cut the washed potatoes into shreds, wash them several times, control the water, then add an appropriate amount of salt, black pepper, starch, add a small amount of water and mix well with your hands.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a non-stick pan, turn on low heat, and shape the shredded potatoes into a hollow circle in the pan.

You can shake the non-stick pan appropriately to wait for the potato shreds to set. When the potato shreds are set, crack the complete yellow swan eggs into the potato rings.
