Prepare snow pears, soak the white fungus, red dates, lotus seeds, and wolfberry (I forgot to take a photo of the wolfberry) all in water. Cut the white fungus into small pieces, remove the core of the red dates, and the lotus seeds. If you are afraid of the bitterness, remove the heart. But there are benefits to eating lotus hearts. You can figure it out. I don’t like eating it anyway

Cut off the top of the pear to use as a lid. Use a knife or a small spoon to hollow out the pear. Be careful not to break the skin. I am clumsy and I dug out two of the three pears, leaving only one. . . . .
