Prepare mung beans

Wash the mung beans, soak them in water overnight, and remove the bad beans

Put water and soaked mung beans into the pot

After the water boils, jump to the keep warm setting and continue cooking for a while

Remove the cooked mung beans and wash them (to remove the beany smell)

Put water, washed mung beans and a little sugar into the pot again and cook together

After the water boils, immediately jump to the keep warm setting and continue cooking until the mung beans are soft and waxy (be careful not to cook the mung beans until they bloom)

Place the cooked mung beans in a clean box, add sugar and stir evenly; cover and seal, and refrigerate overnight
