Garlic roasted chicken wings
Overview
It’s been a long time since I’ve had chicken wings, so please open up, little girl. Okay, grilled chicken wings. If you like chicken wings, you can just grill them casually, because the chicken wings themselves are very fresh and rich in fat. Even with the simplest seasonings, you can still eat them deliciously. Today I used garlic and onions as ingredients, and light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and salt as seasonings. I didn’t add a drop of oil, but it was still delicious.

-
Ingredients picture, for pre-processing chicken wings, I like to add salt and soak in water for ten minutes, which has a better effect of removing the fishy smell.
-
Ingredients: Cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger, and divide the garlic into two halves.
-
Take a small pot, preferably a good quality thick pot, and pour 20 grams of light soy sauce, 5 grams of dark soy sauce, 8 grams of cooking wine, 20 grams of sugar, and 4 grams of salt.
-
Place the washed chicken wings and skin down into the pot.
-
Add a little water to the small bowl, wash the bowl and pour it into the pot. The fire comes to a boil.
-
Turn to low heat and simmer.
-
Open the lid and check in the middle, and pay attention to the amount of water. Because different pots and stoves require different amounts of water, you should add enough water at one time based on your own experience. You can adjust the heat in the middle, but do not add more water.
-
Simmer until the chicken wings are cooked through. You can reduce the juice over high heat.
-
Take it out of the pot.
