Rinse the beef ribs and drain.

Add the marinade evenly and marinate for half a day. (I marinated it in the morning and baked it in the evening.)

Arrange onion and potato slices on a baking sheet and place marinated beef ribs on top. (I forgot to take pictures of onions and potatoes.)

Preheat the oven to 430 degrees Fahrenheit/220 degrees Celsius and bake the beef ribs for 20 minutes. (The oven temperature should be adjusted according to your own temperament.)

Take it out and brush it with a layer of marinade.

Then turn over.

Brush with marinade again and pour in all the remaining marinade.

Place in the oven and continue baking for 20 minutes.

Out of the oven.
