Clean the pigeons

Add an appropriate amount of water, rice wine, ginger and garlic in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the floating residue, turn to low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes

While stewing, wash and slice the carrots. The time is almost enough to put them into the pot and simmer them together for another 8 minutes

After stewing, sprinkle with chopped green onion and take out of the pot
