Simple and quick dish---olives, vegetables and green beans
Overview
When I have lunch at work, and when I don’t have time to go out to eat, I will order rice bowls to eat. The most eaten thing is olives and green beans. I often eat green beans stir-fried with meat, but I rarely eat olives. When mixed with rice, the taste is indeed very fragrant, but there is always a feeling of uneasiness when eating, mainly because of the evil oil! There are ready-made olive vegetables sold in supermarkets, either in glass bottles or plastic bottles. I thought they were all the same, but one day I saw on TV that this kind of food is still relatively healthy in glass bottles. The plasticizers in plastic bottles and some unknown ingredients will evaporate over time and mix with food. It is still unsafe to eat. But which foods today are safe?
