Stir-fried diced chicken with chopped pepper
Overview
Stir-fried diced chicken is one of my favorite dishes. It has a tender texture and is not filling your teeth at all, haha! If you want to stir-fry the diced chicken well, you must first sauté the diced chicken and then stir-fry it, so that it will be tender. When sizing, you must grasp it with your hands, and do not use chopsticks to stir it casually. Today I stir-fried diced chicken with homemade chopped chili sauce. Not only does it taste delicious, it also looks red and attractive, making it very appetizing! Rice killer! Not good for weight loss hehe!
