Stir-fried Sausage Okra
Overview
Okra, also known as lady's finger and hairy eggplant, is a species native to Africa. It looks like a green pepper on the outside. When cut open, there is sticky juice inside. It tastes sweet and has soft meat. It is favored by everyone for its unique flavor. Okra is rich in vitamins and minerals. Today my neighbor gave me an okra seed. After sowing, the yield is pretty good. I can pick several okra almost every day. Usually, what my family eats the most is steamed okra and okra scrambled eggs. This time, a stir-fried sausage okra.
