Appropriate amount of ginkgo.

Peel the ginkgo shells, soak them in boiling water, scald them for two minutes, and then peel off the red coating. Add more water and cook for twenty minutes, then simmer for ten minutes.

Slice ham sausage.

Heat a bowl of oil in a pot, add sausage slices and fry.

Fry until fragrant, slightly burnt on the edges, roll up slightly and take it out.

Pour out all the oil in the pot, add another spoonful of lard, and turn to low heat.

After all the lard is melted, add two tablespoons of sugar and stir-fry.

Turn on low heat and fry slowly until everything turns red.

Use paper to absorb the water on the surface of the cooked ginkgo, then pour it into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

Add a bowl of water to cover all the ginkgo, add a little salt, then cover the lid, cook over medium heat until the water is less as shown in the picture, then open the lid. Stir constantly with a spatula to prevent the pan from sticking, until the water dries up.

Arrange the ham sausage in advance, pour the ginkgo into the empty space in the middle, then burn a little oil and pour it on top.
