Fried green fish
Overview
The green striped fish I bought today was smaller, but the price was relatively cost-effective, so I made it by frying it. The small spines are fried and crispy and you can eat it.

Cleaned green striped fish

Cut into small long sections, add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, a little green onion, and a piece of ginger. Marinate for 10 minutes to add flavor. Flip again halfway through marinating and mix well

Sprinkle with flour and spread evenly.

Fry it in a wide frying pan, add a piece of ginger and some green onions into the pan, and remove from the pan when both sides are golden brown.

The finished product is crispy, salty and fragrant.
