Overview

The green striped fish I bought today was smaller, but the price was relatively cost-effective, so I made it by frying it. The small spines are fried and crispy and you can eat it.

  2. Cut into small long sections, add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, a little green onion, and a piece of ginger. Marinate for 10 minutes to add flavor. Flip again halfway through marinating and mix well

  3. Sprinkle with flour and spread evenly.

  4. Fry it in a wide frying pan, add a piece of ginger and some green onions into the pan, and remove from the pan when both sides are golden brown.
