Fried eggs with chopped green onions
Overview
It’s the weekend again, and I can stay in bed all day and watch American TV series and anime on my mobile phone. And I don’t have to go on the show next week O(∩_∩)O I haven’t posted a recipe for so long, mainly because of my laziness, too lazy to take pictures or write. For a lazy person, even cooking is as simple as possible. Very simple scrambled eggs with chopped green onion, you can make O(∩_∩)O in just a few steps.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Break two eggs into a bowl, add half a spoon of cooking wine, a spoon of water, a few drops of vinegar, and beat thoroughly into egg liquid. (Adding cooking wine can remove the fishy smell, and adding water or vinegar can make the scrambled eggs more tender, but do not add more.)
-
Wash the scallions, cut off the white part of the scallions, cut them crosswise with a knife, and chop them into chopped green onions and set aside. (You can also use green onions to stir-fry.)
-
Mix the chopped green onion, egg liquid and appropriate amount of salt thoroughly.
-
Heat the pan with cold oil. Add a little more oil to medium heat. When the oil is hot, pour the egg liquid along the edge of the pan. (The amount of oil for scrambled eggs should be slightly more, otherwise the scrambled eggs will not taste good, and the oil must be hot before pouring in the egg liquid, so that the scrambled eggs will be more fragrant.)
-
Use chopsticks to break up the egg liquid and stir-fry until cooked. (Use chopsticks to break up the egg liquid to get egg pieces of the right size.)
