Add water to the pot, add potatoes, and cook the potatoes. While boiling the potatoes, boil the eggs and mince the lean meat and stir-fry it. After the potatoes are cooked, peel them and mash them into mashed potatoes. Add the fried minced lean meat, salt, pepper, and chives to the mashed potatoes and stir evenly.

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and evenly wrap a 1cm thick layer of lean potato puree on the outside of the eggs.

Roll a layer of bread crumbs on the outside of the wrapped eggs.

Heat an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a pan, add eggs and fry carefully until the shell is crispy.
