Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs is my brother’s favorite dish. I miss him a bit since I haven’t been home for a long time. It is said that he is quite tired from studying now, and the food he eats at school is really not good. It's a pity that I want to cook it for him, but he can't eat it yet. When I was a child, my family was poor, and it was still difficult to eat pork in a small mountain village. Pork is eaten when there are guests at home or during the holidays. Every time I buy fatty pork belly, I rarely buy ribs. Because it was expensive, my mother finally bought spareribs to make sweet and sour spareribs when we had a guest at home. You can't eat too much when there are guests around. From then on, my brother fell in love with the taste of pork ribs. It's been more than 10 years now and he still misses the taste. Every time he comes to my house, I ask him what his favorite dish is and he still has the taste of sweet and sour pork ribs. Now that life is getting better, it is relatively simple to eat whatever I want. If I can’t eat it, I’ll change the taste for the children. The children will also enjoy the different dishes
