Overview
Children like to eat the enoki mushrooms made this way very much. It is very good as a side dish with porridge for breakfast. It is also simple to make and can be done in 10 minutes. It is said that Korean hot sauce is also delicious when used with enoki mushrooms. I will try it another day

The vinegar I use is white rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar can also be used

Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, break them apart, and scald them in boiling water. You don’t need to scald them for too long, just roll them over, and then rinse them with cold water.

Put a small amount of cooked oil in the pot, sauté the shredded ginger and garlic slices and then add the chili sauce. Be careful to turn on low heat to avoid burns.
