Grilled Shrimp with Mint and Pepper
Overview
This season's prawns are big, cheap, and easy to make. No matter how you prepare them, the deliciousness of the shrimp cannot be replaced by other ingredients. Just add some green onion and ginger and stir-fry it, and it will be just as delicious. I got creative with this today, adding some black pepper and mint leaves, it has a unique aroma and delicious taste!

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop the onion, chop the garlic into small pieces, and slice the ginger.

Fry the prawns, remove their whiskers, and wash them with mint.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry chives, ginger and garlic.

Add shrimp.

Stir fry for a few dozen seconds.

Add cooking wine, black pepper, sugar, and light soy sauce.
