Silky ginger milk
Overview
It was my first time to make ginger milk, and I didn’t expect it to be a success! Many people say that it is not easy to make ginger milk, and it often fails. However, I did my homework and tried hard, and finally succeeded! In fact, it is not as difficult as imagined.

Prepare materials
-
Peel the old ginger and put it into a juicer to squeeze the juice. Take an appropriate amount of thick ginger juice and put it into a small porcelain bowl (the ratio of ginger juice to milk is 1:5)
-
Pour pure milk into a pot and heat it (I heated it on an induction cooker). Turn on medium heat. When you see small bubbles around the milk, add an appropriate amount of sugar. Stir for a while and then turn off the heat. Remove from the heat and continue stirring the milk until the sugar melts. Never let the milk boil!
-
Let cool until the milk temperature is as low as 70° (the temperature that is not hot to the touch)
-
Quickly pour the milk into the ginger juice and cover with a bowl.
-
Wait for 10 to 15 minutes
-
OK! If you can put a spoon on it and it won't step on it, it means it's a success!
-
Rich in milky aroma, silky and tender~
