Bear Pop Cake
Overview
This bear lollipop cake was specially made for my daughter. She liked it very much and was reluctant to try one. She said it was cute and delicious. Then I took them all to school and gave them a good beating before sharing them with my classmates. At first I planned to use colored chocolate to make the glaze, but then I realized that the cake body is madeleine, which is already heavy in oil and sugar. If I use sweet colored chocolate, although it looks good, it tastes too sweet. So I finally chose dark chocolate with pure cocoa butter, which is sweet but not greasy, and even more delicious. This recipe is for 12 Wunuo UN20008 bear molds.
