Cute doll cookies

Overview

I like to use facial expressions when writing on the computer, so I thought what would happen if I drew them on food? I just went ahead and made butter biscuits. I used the chocolate pen I bought to draw on them. It was super fun O(∩_∩)O haha~

Steps

1. 1 Weigh the butter.

   

2. 2 After softening at room temperature, beat with a whisk until smooth. No need to whip butter.

   

3. 3 Add salt and sugar.

   

4. 4 Continue to stir the butter until smooth and prepare the egg mixture.

   

5. 5 Pour the egg liquid into the butter in three batches, each time pouring in the egg liquid after fully blending with the butter.

   

6. 6 Sift in the flour.

   

7. 7 Don't over-knead until it forms a dough.

   

8. 8 Roll the dough into a 2mm piece and use a round mold to cut out the shape.

   

9. 9 Preheat the oven and bake at 190 degrees for about 25 minutes, until the surface is slightly brown.

   

10. 10 Let the cookies cool slightly and melt the chocolate.
