Dice cucumber, carrot, dice long pepper, long pepper (forgot to take a photo)

Cut the meat into cubes, add minced ginger, soy sauce, pepper, allspice, old wine and cornstarch and marinate for 8 minutes

Chop the garlic, green onions and sea peppers, heat the pot and pour oil

Add in diced carrots, diced peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes

Add diced cucumber and stir-fry, add salt, chicken essence, sugar, light soy sauce, Laoganma, continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes

Once out of the pot, it’s spicy and delicious. It goes well with rice and can also be used to make noodles
