Add eggs, salt, and barbecue powder to the flour.

Add an appropriate amount of water to make a paste. It is best to sift it so that the small flour lumps inside disappear and the flour paste becomes very fine.

Tear the enoki mushrooms into pieces (be careful not to tear them into pieces). Flat pieces that are connected together are best. Put it into the flour batter and hang it.
