Overview
I tried making cookies using the leftover egg whites from making ice cream, so don’t waste it! It coincides with 520 Confession Day and also a wedding anniversary, full of love💕

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, I forgot to take the dried cranberries😄
-
After the butter has softened at room temperature, add the powdered sugar and stir it slightly to prevent it from splattering when whipping.
-
Use an electric whisk to beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume increases.
-
Add the egg whites in three batches, mixing thoroughly each time before adding the next.
-
At this time, the butter is fluffy and resembles buttercream.
-
Sift in the flour and cornstarch mixture and mix well.
-
Dried cranberries chopped
-
When stirring, stir from bottom to top. At the same time, add dried cranberries and mix well.
-
Line a baking sheet with oiled paper, put the mixed batter into a decorator (bag), and squeeze out patterns on the baking sheet. (I like this step the most! 😝)
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for ten minutes and bake for about 20 minutes until the cookies change color.
-
The finished product is released

I made 520 cookies, as well as heart-shaped ones (forgive me the heart-shaped ones are not very standard😁) Is it full of happiness?
