Prepare the ingredients, peel and steam the sweet potatoes, about 350g

Put the sweet potatoes in a plastic bag and knead them into puree

Pour the sweet potatoes into a large basin

Pour in the tapioca flour, leaving some flour (to prevent the finished product from sticking)

Wearing disposable gloves, stir the sweet potatoes and tapioca flour thoroughly to form a dough

Place the dough on the silicone mat

Separate the dough and check if there are lumps of sweet potato that have not been kneaded

Take a piece of dough, roll it into long strips, and cut into pieces

Take one and roll it into small balls (if you don’t want to roll it, just cut it into pieces)
