Overview

This dish is my husband's favorite and I often ask me to fry it for him. He said it was very spicy and delicious. I also prefer to eat!

  1. Buy the clams, soak them in water, add salt and spit out the sand for 1 hour. Then wash the clams and set aside.

  2. Blanch: When the water boils, pour the clams into the pot and use a shovel to pull them. Close the lid.

  3. Wait until all the clams' mouths are open and turn on the fire, take them out and rinse them with cold water.

  4. Cut green onion into sections, cut ginger into strips, slice garlic, and cut pepper into sections.

  5. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat the oil and add onion, ginger, garlic and pepper.

  6. Add another spoonful of bean paste and a spoonful of chopped pepper. Fry until fragrant.

  7. Pour in the clams and stir-fry, add a small spoonful of oyster sauce, seafood soy sauce and a little salt. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes.

  8. Turn off the heat, put it on a plate, and serve it. It’s spicy and tempting. The spicier it is, the more you want to eat it.
