Cute forest animals squeeze bread
Overview
I originally wanted to make whole-wheat yogurt toast, but after seeing how cute the squeeze bread made by Militians was, I decided to make it instead. Haha! So cute!

Steps
-
I had all the ingredients ready, but I forgot to take a photo of the yogurt.
-
Remove all the ingredients except the yeast, mix well in a basin and let it sit for 1-2 hours to facilitate the formation of the film. (You can let it sit for a while if you have time).
-
The dough that has rested can already pull out a relatively thick film.
-
Add yeast to the dough and knead until it forms a film. Two kneading modes for 30 minutes.
-
After the film is released, the dough can be arranged for basic fermentation.
-
Let the dough rise until doubled in size. Dip your hands in water and press the dough to prevent it from shrinking.
-
To deflate the dough, I use a rolling pin several times.
-
Divide into 9 equal-sized portions. Let rise for 10 minutes.
-
Arrange the dough again and put it into the baking pan, then put it in the oven for secondary fermentation.
-
After the fermented bread is brushed with egg wash, sprinkle some flour and insert almonds into the dough as ears.
-
Preheat the oven and put the fermented dough into the oven. Bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Pay attention to the coloring of the bread during the process, and cover with tin foil if necessary.
-
Scald the chocolate pen with boiling water and draw your favorite animal pattern on the cooled bread. My daughter helped draw it. Each bread is painted differently!
