Dissolve the yeast and baking powder with warm water, knead the dough, let it rise, and then knead it into a smooth dough. Let it rest for about ten minutes. (I have posted a recipe for making cakes before, so the specific steps are listed above)

Use a dough press to flatten the dough and use a mold to carve out the dough!

The low temperature of the electric baking pan is 200 degrees, the upper temperature is 150 degrees, and it is done until it is golden brown twice😄

Cut the tofu skin into short strips, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, and sugar. Boil the water in a pot for about five minutes.

Wash and chop the lettuce and control the water!

Remove the tofu skin and control the water, grate the carrots, put it into a basin, add fried chili peppers, sesame oil, salt, MSG, chicken essence, sugar, and less salt (because there is it in the tofu skin), and mix well
