Prepare ingredients.
Beat the eggs, pour in the peanuts and mix well.
Put the sugar and flour into a large box and mix well.
Add the peanuts coated in egg wash.
Shake the box left and right to coat the peanuts evenly with the flour.
Pour peanut oil into the wok. When the oil is slightly hot, add peanuts one by one and fry over low heat.
Fry the peanuts until golden in color and crispy on the skin, take them out and let them cool before eating.
