Overview
Strawberries are not easy to preserve, so I use them to make jam.

Material preparation: 1000G strawberries, 500G sugar (since I am in Germany now, there is special sugar for making jam, so I used this kind of sugar, but ordinary sugar should also be possible, but I haven’t tried using ordinary sugar yet). Wash strawberries and cut into 4 equal parts

Pour in granulated sugar. Let sit for one hour.

After boiling, cook for another 4 minutes and add a little lemon juice.

After adding the lemon juice, bottle it immediately (the jam bottle must be clean and smell-free, and it must be sterilized at high temperature. You can also scald it with boiling water), fill it as much as possible, tighten it tightly after filling, and put it upside down for at least 10 minutes.

I did it at night, and Figure 5 is a picture taken the next morning.
