Wild Garlic Egg Rolls
Overview
We eat wild garlic cakes before the Qingming Festival, sweep tombs during the Qingming Festival, and dig wild garlic in the mountains. When I was a kid, my mother didn't add eggs when she made it, she just added flour and stirred the batter. When the cake is being made, the aroma of garlic can be smelled from three miles away.
