Prepare the ingredients in the picture (the fish is an unknown wild river fish, grandma fried it and asked me to bring it back)

Add oil to the pot, add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant

Add the peppers and tomatoes and stir-fry for about 1 minute

Pour in the fish and stir-fry, add soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly

Pour in water, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
