Gluten with meat
Overview
Vegetables are very expensive in winter, so I eat meat in a different way. Thinking of gluten, I stuff it with meat filling and serve it with mushrooms. It tastes delicious!

Prepare raw materials: fat and lean meat filling, oily gluten balls, soaked mushrooms.

Adjust the meat filling: Add minced ginger and green onion, salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence, and cooking oil to the meat filling, stir evenly

Use the handle of a small steel spoon to pierce the gluten balls.

Stuff in the minced meat bit by bit.

Add boiling water to the wok, pour in oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and then a small amount of water to soak the mushrooms.

Pour the meat-stuffed gluten balls and soaked mushrooms into the pot and simmer.
