Prepare minced garlic

Cut the tomatoes into cubes

Marinate the minced meat with salt, sugar and cornstarch for half an hour

First add water to the pot, bring the water to a boil and add the macaroni noodles. After about ten minutes of cooking, pour cold water into the cold river.
