Banana Whole Wheat Nut Soft European
Overview
Although the European buns don't look outstanding, and some people don't like its chewy texture, my daughter and I particularly like it. It's really delicious with the addition of sweet mashed banana and a lot of nuts.

Put water and mashed banana into the bread bucket

Add two kinds of flour, salt and sugar in the diagonal corners, yeast in the middle, and knead for 15 minutes

Prepare cranberries and nuts (I put walnuts, cashews, almonds)

After 15 minutes, add butter and knead the dough for 10 minutes

Deflate the risen dough and divide it into 3 portions, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes

Preheat the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes. If the surface is heavily colored, cover it with tin foil
