Ingredients
Steps
-
Put all the main ingredients except butter into the noodle grinder and stir
-
Stop the machine, take a small ball of dough and unfold it into a semi-rising state
-
Add butter and continue stirring
-
Stir the dough until it becomes stiff and forms a glove film
-
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to ferment at low temperature until doubled in size
-
Use a rolling pin to deflate the dough (the dough will generally not stick to your hands after being cooled at low temperatures. If it sticks, touch some butter on your hands)
-
Divide the dough into several portions of the same size and let it rest for a while
-
Take a small ball and roll it into a rectangular shape
-
Put 1 slice of cheese
-
Then spread the pork floss
-
Roll up
-
Let it rise for a second time until it doubles in size. Preheat the oven at about 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes until the surface turns golden. I bake it with hot air so that it can be baked beautifully without tin foil!

There is no coating on the surface of the bread. I personally think it can be stored longer this way
