Peel off the preserved egg shells and cut into slices for serving. (Cut a piece and wash the knife in clean water. It will not stick to the knife and the cut will be more beautiful.)

Add your own homemade garlic and chopped chili. Bring the water to a boil in the steamer and add the preserved eggs. Steam for 3 minutes.
